Easter Service Levels

Reading Time: 2 minutes

I would love to be able to tell you that every operator is doing the same thing on the same day over Easter this year; but not even brands within a single operator are all doing the same thing for Easter 2023.

I know, for some groups of brands this is normal.

Can I just point out first, if bus operators and marketers are reading, I think having a graphic that says "Timetable Changes" then a small "over the" before a big "Easter Weekend" might not work best. Some people might read it as "Timetable Changes Easter Weekend" and fear their bus days are numbered..... just saying.

Xelabus

No Service

Easter Saturday

A normal Saturday Service is running across all bus operators and services.

Easter Sunday

A normal Sunday Service is running across all bus operators and services.

If a normal Sunday service is no service, then that is also what is happening.

Bank Holiday Easter Monday

A Sunday (or Public Holiday) service will operate across all bus operators and services.

If a normal Sunday service is no service, then that is also what is happening.

  1. Of course, First’s Mon-Fri X54 between Weymouth and Poole disappears off the road for the whole holiday weekend. Groups arriving at Wool station hoping to enjoy the sunshine at Lulworth Cove will be unlucky once again.
